The goal of Gabor Cosmetics has always been to be at the cutting edge so as to guarantee customers innovative products, high quality standards and exclusive formulations.
With this in mind, we have today decided to become a Benefit Company. As is indicated in the articles of association the goal is pursue the common benefit, ultimately to have a positive impact on society and the environment.
This means that we will gradually introduce numerous initiatives to act in an increasingly ethical, responsible, sustainable and transparent way.
The first project we have undertaken is Gabor Cosmetics For Bees Project, an activity to support the repopulation of bees in the Val Troncea natural park. An initiative whose first step will be the purchase of 10 hives that we will take care of with Laura and Alberto, beekeepers from the Luce di Miele farm. The beeswax, pollen and propolis that will be produced by bees, will be used in new organic, sustainable and cutting-edge cosmetics formulations. The beekeepers will also benefit from the project, using bee products to create high-quality honey and beautiful beeswax candles, with a view to realize a circular economy. Other initiatives, along with the bees, will be activated in an effort to limit the use of plastic in favor of recycled and recyclable materials. With the ultimate goal of making the entire life cycle of products increasingly transparent and accessible to consumers, through blockchain technology, and ensuring the sustainability of our entire business activity at the level of ingredients, formulations but also with responsible attention to the social sphere.
